I had a few strained bowel movements in last week.now have what i think is a hemorrhoid.a prolapsed grade 2.noticed lump when i wiped other day.it goes away/disappears in only moments.no pain or bleeding.how long will it take to heal?how serious?

You probably has mild internal hemorrhoid. A lot of people have internal hemorrhoid but it is asymptomatic so you should not worry too much. A healthy life style is the way to combat this disease: regular exercise, avoid prolong sitting position, avoid constipation by good hydration, eating high fiber diet and avoid foods which exacerbate constipation.
