It may or it may not. Usually if one receive treatment, his (her) sex partner should get it too although she (he) is asymptomatic.

It's possible; are not transmitted with 100% efficiency, i.e. not every exposure transmits infection. But if you have trichomonas (which is difficult to know for certain in males), you should assume your female partner(s) have been infected. Certainly after several episodes of unprotected vaginal sex, almost all women would be infected.
