There : There are two dosing regimens for trichomoniasis. One is metronidazol (flagyl) 2grams in one day. Being treated for seven days is a more effective treatment. Flagyl 250mg threes times a day for seven days or Flagyl 375mg orally twice a day for seven days. Which ever way you do the math, if you split your meds you will not be adequately treated.
