Try application of Over-The-Count hydrocortisone cream to the foreskin three times a day for a month to loosen up the adhesion with gentle pulling back foreskin. Be patient, for it'll take months before you can fully retract foreskin. Never make a forceful retraction to create a paraphimosis!
