PHIMOSIS: Meaning the opening of the foreskin is tight. 3% of men are born with this. The treatment consists of topical steroid therapy. We recommend 0.05% Betamethasone to be applied twice daily with mechanical gentle retraction for 2 months. This is a prescription medication. It is very safe and has and 80% chance of resolving the tightness.
