Progressive increased intracranial pressure can cause headaches, visual blurring and/or double vision, nausea and/or vomiting, dizziness and/or imbalance, and increasing blood pressure with a declining pulse. Not clear why you think you possess brain pathology. Your choice of whether to go to ER, as not feasible to advise based on your nonspecific post.
