Go back to: your doctor for re-evaluation , concussion is self limiting injury with no serious damage but associated additional injury need to be evaluated by trained professional .

Safe = get checked: Cannot "clear" you via Internet. H/A worse when flat 'could' be increased pressure w/in skull (?blood/?swelling), nerve irritation (uh, like a Gr-3 concussion can do for 4-8 weeks or more). The nausea should not be there "couple weeks" afterwards--must suggest you get seen in ER who will likely CT your head to be sure no major problem, but should also quiet the nausea and reduce pain.
