Your bp meds need to be titrated to your ongoing blood pressure, which varies continually. Also titrated to your ongoing potassium level. Need to check back (frequently) with your doctor to make sure your taking the correct combination at the correct dose.

You ask an excellent and important question.Spironolactone can increase potassium and olmesartan may aggravate it.It is very important that you discuss this with your doctor rather than do anything yourself. I would strongly recommend discussion with your doctor without delay.
