Recently whenever i shower, towards the end of the shower 3 out of my 5 toes goes numbish and continues for hours after. what could this be?

If your shower water is cold, it could result in your symptoms. Try taking a warm shower. You may have Raynaud's phenomenon and it would be useful to consult a rheumatologist. Wish you good health!
