Yes, globulin of 1.9 is quite low especially your serum albumin is normal. First, the result needs to be confirmed with another test. Your immune system may be impaired with low globulin. If total serum protein is low, i.e. serum albumin is also low, you have one of the conditions which causes protein loss such as kidney or gut disease.
