A member asked:

I'm 17 and i've always been shorter than my piers (5'4). my parents are average height, and my great uncle had a late growth spurt from (5'4) to over 6 foot at my age. is it still possible to grow at my age? if so, what should i to do max my height?

There is no diet/exercise or magic med that will make you taller than your genes allow. Male are expected to grow to the average of both parents plus 2.5 inches. An x-ray of your wrist/hand can detect open growth centers. If open you can grow more if closed you are done. If you have grown less than an inch this past year you are near the end.
