It's not only important to keep your TSH level normal in pregnancy but I feel it's also important for the TSH to be checked every month during the pregnancy. I prefer having a throidologist or endocrinologist follow the pregnant women during her pregnancy for both the mother's sake and the baby's sake.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your result is normal. If it imperative that you follow your doctor's advice about regular care and lab tests. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
