Possibly: It is my understanding that your elevated tpo may indicate autoimmune thyroid disorder like Hashimoto's but is also seen in other conditions like pernicious anemia,Grave's disease of the thyroid and type 1 diabetes all of which are autoimmune disorders. Hashimotos: Yes. See below; https://www.niddk.nih.gov/health-information/endocrine-diseases/hashimotos-disease Hashimotos is an autoimmune disease of the thyroid and is diagnosed by underactive thyroid i.e. elevated TSH w/ w/o goiter and antibodies in 95% of the individuals. Ultrasound may show diffuse heterogenous echotexture with micronodules with septatiosn but that is not specific. F/u /w/ MD
