Love & support: Cannot change past. Be sure child working with pt/ot (possibly other therapists as well) in concert with your pediatrician and family support. Especially the young brain is very adaptable, and cannot say what will/won't improve until much later. Needs continued, directed effort to encourage development of cognitive / motor / other skills. Can google for support groups to know not alone.Keep at it!
