I've been experiencing ketonuria/ketoacidosis symptoms for quite some time now. i'm not a diabetic (many tests) and have ketone strips for tests. is it possible for me to be in this condition? omeprazole helps control symptoms. been to many doctors?

I know of no ketonuria/ketoacidosis symptoms that are specific to K/K. As you state you have no ketones in your urine or blood must be due to something else. I would keep a diary of what you are experiencing for some time to see if you can identify what is going on. When you are having symptoms it means you body is talking to you. Many times if you listen you will get the diagnosis.
