I have history of intestinal blocked. had bowel resection 5 years ago. went to er last thursday vomiting stomach pain bloated. had lab done wbc was 12.0 had it rechecked monday now 4.3 why the dramatic drop. could vomiting throw off 1st lab ?

You could have be experiencing a minot intestinal infection and after vomiting and clearing up of your symptoms your WBC returned to normal range. I assume you did not have a recurrent bowel blockage.
