Male 50yrs bowel stopped working, stomach bloated, projectile vomiting black bile &unable to breathe after general anesthetic. why ?

Bowel obstruction: You need to seek medical help immediately. You may have small bowel obstruction. Not sure what surgery you had, but call the surgeon who perfomed the surgery

What surgery?: Those are all serious problems. To figure it out the kind of surgery and all the care you had needs to be reviewed as well as your history. My bet is that you had an ulcer you didn't know about and the stress of surgery made it bleed. Old blood from the stomach can come up black or brown.
