Need more testing: Those symptoms require more testing. Ulcers, inflammatory bowel disease, gall bladder disorders, etc. Can all cause symptoms but more focused testing is necessary.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It wold be prudent to consult a gastro-enterologist.
