What helps garlic intolerance other than avoiding it or roasting it? i get abdominal pain/bloating/gas quickly after consuming any amount of it now, but i love it - this has only started happening recently but is progressively getting worse now?

Roasting it for a long period of time at low heat helps to break down some of the offending compounds. Try this before you give up on it. Remember also that too much of anything can cause stomach upset. Try cutting back a little.
