Hard to say..: ...So many things that cause those symptoms. Most have nothing to do with execise. Diet may play a role, timing of when you eat relative to exercise? When you are digesting, blood tends to flow to your intestines, not your muscles. When you are exercising, blood may be directed away from your GI tract and (theorhetically) could give u symptoms. Though I am not aware of this phenom. See ur md.
