Unlikely through a direct effect. Conceivably through an indirect effect, by uncovering known or unknown conditions from musculoskeletal to abdominal organs being affected. If your symptoms persist after colonoscopy, best would be to run them first with the gastroenterologist that will be in best position to advise in your clinical context.
