I am 33 weeks and 3 days pregnant and passed few days i have been having headaches and on and off swelling my blood pressure is good but as i check my chart record for doctor visit 4/20 it says positive with protein in urine (+1) is this urgent?

Notify your obstetrician for best advice. Although your blood pressure is good(I assume less than 140/80) and proteinuria only 1+, headaches and fluid retention are worrisome symptoms of preeclampsia.
