Ovarian cyst to hyperechoic carries a normal flow 3.9x3.3x3.5cm. (dr while doing us said its filled with water, worried which type it could be). in us cyst there are few white lines. will it likely resolve on its own? us was done 10 days b4 period?

They are benign findings, the cyst may resolve or get bigger in the future but nothing to worry.
