During my past 2 cycles period starts off light after ovarian cyst rupture and then is heavy for 3-4 days straight. it's light again for 1-2 days. 28 day cycle, period length no cyst rupture: 5 days, period length with cyst rupture: 6-7 days, normal?

Hard to follow: Your question is a little bit hard to follow. Slight variation from month to month in cycle length is common. One month lasting 5 days and another month lasting 7 is not a cause for concern. Ovarian cysts are common but If you have multiple cysts rupturing then that should be evaluated by an Obgyn. Birth control could help provide better cycle control
