Late period: There are many causes of a late period. Take a home pregnancy test to exclude the obvious. The track your cycles over the next few months. If they remain irregular you can bring in your menstrual calendar for your obgyn to review.

Please ask your doc: As u are in the immediate post op period so all questions like this should be asked to your surgeon as your surgeon knows you and how the surgery went, it could be late form the stress of the surgery but please call your doc as it is your docs job to answer any questions or address any problems you have in the post op period which would be the 1st 6 weeks after surgery.
