Better see your MD: It difficult to make diagnosis and help when we can't really see you and evaluate you and rely on tests which are not available to us. You may just have been distracted or you could be having seizures like absence seizure but these are examples of two extreme possibilities. Have proper evaluation and appropriate treatment. Absence seizure: Absence seizures will cause sudden, mid sentence or activity "blanking out" for variable amounts of time, with sudden return and completion of the sentence without any knowledge that the event occurred. A drop in blood pressure (fainting) will cause blackness of the vision, dizziness and falling, but usually will not cause interruption in speech.
