Hello, i think my atlas bone is out of place. i can feel it just under my mastoid bone in one side but not on the other side. how can i put it back in place? the chiropractors ive seen couldnt help and didnt even know how to read the x-ray?

Would suggest caution about manipulating that area. Start with you primary care doc, who can examine and correlate with X-ray. If specialist and/or further tests needed, your doc can coordinate.

It is highly unlikely that your atlas is out place. If it were so, you would be paralysed. It would be prudent to see an orthopedic surgeon for an evaluation, not a chiropractic! Wish you good health!
