Is it normal for 1 mastoid bone to be slightly larger than the other?specifically my right one seems a little larger than my left. slightly stiff neck

Maybe normal: Everyone’s body is not totally symmetrical.That being said be more concerned if the mastoid in swollen and red as well as tender-then could be mastoiditis usually caused by bad ear infection.However I would be more concerned if that is normal with the stiff neck especially if have a fever.
