Seek further consult: You indicate several symptoms characteristic of anxiety. However, you also indicate several symptoms generally unrelated Anxiety/stress can show itself through a variety of seemingly unrelated physical problems, however. Having already been examined by your dr. I recommend getting evaluated/treated for anxiety by a psych dr. and then addressing any unchanged symptoms w/ your regular dr.

Baby monitoring: A non-stress test is a way of checking on the baby. We listen to and record the fetal heart for 20-30 minutes. We are looking at the baseline heart rate and how the heart rate goes up or down. We are looking at this to see if the baby is getting enough oxygen or if there are other problems with how the baby is doing.

See below: Some medical conditions might also have anxiety symptoms. Make sure you discuss your concerns with your primary care provider to rule out anything medical going on. Find a mental health professional to help you work on triggers for your anxiety. Consider meds if symptoms become overwhelming.
