For good health, yes: Eating breakfast gives a healthy start to the day. What do you like to eat? Best to have something with protein and healthy fat in it, and not just cereal or carbs like donuts or bagels. The protein and fat will help nourish and satisfy you through lunchtime. Some like protein shakes, eggs, yogurt, etc. Pick something you can enjoy!
