Is it safe to skip one day of fluoxetine? i take 20mg each morning but experience diarrhea every night right after dinner (regardless of the time i eat dinner or food that i eat). can skipping a day avoid the diarrhea that day?

Yes and No: Fluoxetine has a relatively long half-life. Missing a dose will not harm you. However, it may not reduce your likelihood of avoiding diarrhea.
