Pregnant?: You probably thought of pregnancy already. Since you didn't give any information about your period, contraception, pregnancy tests, etc, we should start with the obvious, then consider other possibilities. Given your gender and age, morning sickness due to pregnancy would be far and away the most likely explanation for your morning vomiting symptom. Hope that helps.
