Not the same: The cystic acne you experienced on your face is different than what you are experiencing in your genital area. I could be a number of things: Bartholin's gland cysts, skeene duct cysts, Gartner duct cysts, chancre... To really know you need to get your primary care or gyneocologist to look at them so they can offer effective treatment.
