Muro 128 is a 5% solution of sodium chloride used for temporary relief of corneal edema. Corneal edema occurs after surgery, trauma, infection, inflammation & over use of contact lenses. Other treatment of corneal edema is gently blow the hair dryer to the eye to dry the excess tears. Muro 128 is a over the counter product but should be used only under the care of a ophthalmologist. Hope it helps.
