I have fallen from bed 1month ago.a movable pea sized lump is below the knee cap.i can walk but when i fold the leg and touch it that lump can be felt.and another thing when i pat on the knee it's hurt.what could it be?

First, why did you fall from bed. Was it nocturnal seizure, sleep disorder (REM, PLMS, myoclonus)? Regarding knee, uncover if small patellar fracture or cartilage problem. Consults with neurology and orthopedics in order. Do not drive, do activities at heights, use power equipment until all of this is clarified.
