I have a lump about the size of a pea on my knee. it moves freely (isn't attached to anything) and is sore if i kneel on it. ?

Lump: It sounds like a superficial benign lesion like a cyst, but if it persists and because it's uncomfortable when kneeling, have it evaluated by a physician.
