Wrong approach: There are no foods that specifically burn fat in any location. Fewer calories in, and more calories pout is the best approach to burn off fat in all locations.

Sorry but: Unfortunately it is not possible to create regional fat loss by any method. Best bet is nutritional weight loss diet with aerobic exercise 30-60 min 3-5 days/week to loose weight all over.
