Eucerin is a cream used in eczema that is very hydrating but with a chronic condition would follow up with dermatology for a definitive diagnosis of possible eczema , sensitivity to soap, sun, foods, other substances or fungal infection.

You need for now, a moisturizer (Cetaphil, Eucerin) and a Sunscreen on top( 30spf) . But, you need to see the Dermatologist. I’m suspecting you have a photosensitive rash due to a medication, or supplement you take that enhance the activity of the light and creates the rash. There are also internal conditions that may show with that redness and the Doctor will find the other signs to help you.
