my eyelid looks and feels like i got a sunburn there but i haven't been in the sun. it's ]very red, itchy and kind of swollen. what is this?

Blepharitis?: It could be a local inflammation of your eyelid, termed blepharitis. Pl see attached link for additional details. You may also have allergies whch can have eye-related symptoms. I would use Zyrtec (cetirizine) and saline ophthalmic solution to wash the affected eye. If the symptoms persist for 48 hrs, you should see your primary physician. Feel better!
