My feet are red & extremely dry on the soles only. on the sole of my right foot the redness has darker colored red dots. they do burn & itch at times. i do keep lotion on them and that doesn't do much for the right foot. any suggestion?

Please see a dermatologist (skin doctor) so that you can be properly diagnosed and treated. You may need a different lotion or cream, possibly by prescription. This could be a type of eczema, or a fungal infection, or a result of an underlying condition, if you have any.

I would recommend seeing a podiatrist for this condition. It sounds like a fungus infection. Try Lamisil daily for 45 days.
