Most likely sore or pulled muscle(s). Use heating pad. If not better in few days see local Dr who can examine you.

The sequence of events and the return of pain during movement are highly suggestive of muscular injury. Evaluation by an orthopedist may be the best approach. Also seek advice regarding prevention of injuries with vigorous activity.
