Yes. Unfortunately, headaches and the causes of headaches are poorly understood. Neck and cervical spine problems can lead to headaches, and these are called cervicogenic headaches.

Not feasible to pin down cause of your headaches in absence of further information. Neck pain is but one potential trigger of both tension headaches and migraine, and "cervicogenic" is nonspecific. See a neurologist and get this thoroughly evaluated and diagnosed. If you do have migraine, numerous preventative OTC and prescription meds are available these days.
