I have a headache and neck stiffness. also a low grade fever. what is it that i might have?

Headache: This can be an infection, the most concerning is meningitis, but there are many other infections that can cause these symptoms. Probably the most common reason for these all these complaints is a patient over-reporting a fever (fever start at 100.4) and muscle tension headaches from sleeping in the wrong position.
