If a dentist looks at some white bumps on the tip of my tongue and said theyre absolutely not warts should i take his assessment and trust him? miso headed this question prior. the dentist would know what oral warts are or arent correct?

For the tenth time, maybe more, you cannot get clear answers on this or any other online forum. Since your dentist was unsure, an ENT doctor probably can sort it out. But from your previous descriptions, warts seem unlikely.

You can see Oral Surgeon for second opinion .Your Dentist has correct diagnosis that it is not wart .Most probably,it is epulis which usually is due to irritation to tip of Tongue from teeth .
