See a dermatologist: Or an oral surgeon. Most commonly these are either oral fibromas or mucoceles, both lesions that result from trauma, such as biting. Mucoceles are just pockets of mucus, that sometimes respond to intralesional injections of a cortisone. Oral fibromas, also known as irritation fibromas are relatively easily removed. Needs an evaluation.

Check it out: Random bumps are always a concern for the doctor. Generally speaking , it's probably nothing but you want to be sure as abnormalities can present as symptoms to worse scenarios. It's possible that its related to the trauma during surgery or postoperatively if you bit your lip. Usually time and not messing with it will help it go away.
