If a dentist looked at some white bumps on tip of my tongue and said absolutely it warts should i trust him 100% or get another opinion? just dont want him to have missed anything?

Dentists know the mouth. They see hundreds of patients just for their mouths. If a dentist said that you have tongue warts, your next step is to see a Dr (PCP, oral surgeon or ENT specialist) for biopsy and treatment.

It is always worth while to get a second opinion if you do not trust first. But if second is same as first then you may want to get a third or more ti be “ certain”. Discuss with your team the risks of missing this diagnosis vs the costs and benefits of not getting second opinion. They you can make a decision.
