Go ahead and get your vaccine. The immunity against the virus is not correlated to the effect of the antibiotic, which is treating bacteriae. Remember that the vaccine may produce some symptoms that may look like your previous infection ( body aches, headache, fatigue, even fever) . Don’t restart your antibiotic without consulting your doctor. But for the shot: you’re free to go.
