A member asked:

I'm 17, some years ago (like 4 maybe) i noticed that my tailbone sticks out, but just now i have realized that is not normal. is there any exercises i can do? and can it be cured with therapy?

Let it be. There is no exercise that can affect the tailbone. Whatever is sticking out is likely to be cover up by buttock fat. If you must, you may consider surgery, but I would not recommend it. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
