Hi, last year i was ice skating fast and fell on my coccyx, it took 1 month to heal but now the pain comes back when i carry heavy things, is there any exercises that can remove the pain or make the coccyx normal again?

Coccyx: In my experience, once the coccyx is significantly injured it remains chronically tender or sensitive. I'm not aware of any exercises that would be beneficial. An orthopedic specialist can advise you best, however.
