Coccyxdynia: The pain you have in tailbone is called coccyxdynia. This is common in people who sit a lot especially in rode/exercise bikes. It is caused by the continued pressure in that area. One will have to avoid sitting until the pain is relieved, ice, take NSAIDS ie aleve (naproxen) 2 tablets 2x per day with meals. Consider finding an extra cushion for that exercise bike or finding a new bike in the future.
